Having a sketch by now, let us imagine what would be really required to seriously interact directly with matter on the molecular level. First step is to draw a block diagram of functioning device. Still not a major hindrance: so, first a human must interface to command-processing unit , basically - to a fast and capable computer. As the abbreviation HMI is already occupied , let's give it working name Human-Computer-Interface , or better still Human-Interface-to-Computer , i.e. HIC ( "hic Rodos hic salta" , for better mnemotechnics).

Next - the computer itself , let's call it Meta-Time-Apparatus=META.

Next, the computer has to be equipped with output interface to the target matter, let's call it simply Computer-Interface-to-Matter = CIM.

So far, easy job. Our block diagram is ready; it has only 3 main blocks : HIC-->META-->CIM.

At this point , a corporate solution would be to divide the job between 3 separate departments , to work out the contents of each block. Having no corporation on hand , I 'll have to think a bit more myself....
