COMPETENCE

We live in a technicised world, which requires from anyone wanting to do any job to be schooled, trained, experienced and qualified - in other words: Competent.

An engineer, who designs steel or concrete structure hanging high over the heads of innocent public between incredibly distant supports should at least have heard about Information Flux Damage and how it renders his FEM- calculations obsolete and non-binding.

A politician , who leads the country, should at least vaguely understand relation between presence of the third-country army on own territory and sudden border conflict with neighbouring nation.

I'm sorry to say: both miserably fail on their Competences....
